Plant Medicine Churches: Are They Actually Legal?

There are discrepancies between the application of the First Amendment as it intersects with the Scheduled Substances Act– the latter is currently where the law is operating, which criminalizes any usage of psychedelic substances, regardless of spiritual alignment.
