Propelled on a healing path at a young age I was infatuated with vibrational and somatic healing. I attended a two-year Holistic Health Practitioner program after high school, acquiring certifications for massage, somatic movement therapies, nutrition, aromatherapy and Reiki. Some years later I was called in by Mama Aya and found myself introduced to Kat. The unfurling, feeling and refining began, and gloriously continues to do so, more than a decade later. Connecting with Madre is a continual devotion of love, a partnership I am forever humbled by in my heart.

I have spent time nurturing plant dietas immersed in the jungles of Peru with Shipibo Maestras, as well as in extended states of abstinence, discovering and honoring the art of right-relationship. I learned - and do my best to embody - that the union with these sentient beings begins at home; in how we relate within ourselves and our communities.

Plants have a beautiful way of communicating to the subconscious. Through memory, emotion, and sensory pathways, they speak in the language of the body.

Integrating our new found troves towards mind-body coherence is one way we can express gratitude for the gifts received; and reduce our colonial footprint.

Through my years in salutary realms, I have held multiple body-based Board Certifications, taught 1,000 hours + at accredited somatic institutions and guided over 15,000 beautiful humans in 1:1 therapeutic processes.

Trauma-Informed studies such as Somatic Experiencing, as well as the physiology and psychology of pain, auto-immune and mental health enriches how I serve. My intent is in presence of what is, compassionate and attuned to the needs of one’s personhood and physiology; while providing containment for your inherent truth and sense of self to be re-membered. In a world of healing, agency is our birthright.
