It carries deep, hidden messages about our subconscious beliefs and unhealed wounds, waiting to be acknowledged and understood. By courageously facing our fears, we can engage in a powerful alchemical process: transforming the dense energy of fear into empowerment and freedom.

Join Dr. Eric Russell for a transformative 2.5-hour online workshop, where we will explore ritual practices designed to help you make friends with your fear, allowing you to turn limitations into liberation. Through guided exercises, group sharing, and intentional alchemy, you'll uncover the wisdom within your fears and emerge with renewed strength, clarity, and a deeper connection to your authentic self.

The Ritual will include opportunities to speak, emote, write, and meditate on the intelligence and power of our personal and collective shadow. No one is required to speak, however, so if you want to simply be witnessed, you are still most welcome. Eric will create a ritualistic container using ancient shamanic practices honoring these untamed emotions, creating safety for all who gather to vulnerably move through some of the stuck energies in our bodies and beings.
