Workshop Summary

There are million reasons to be angry in our world, and a million more judgments against this rage. We are living in a pressure cooker of shadow, coupled with the rejection of the resulting anger. This creates scenarios where we are constantly reacting to the trigger of anger, without a chance to truly process the actual source of this fire. Giving ourselves permission to express and connect with our sacred rage is a crucial part of our healing and empowerment.

Rage is honest. It’s pure power. Our anger is the fire inside of us that reflects how much we actually care, but left unattended, it becomes a force of destruction. When rage is honored as a sacred and valid response, it can become an ally in manifestation and creative expression. Rage is not a problem to be fixed, but an experience to be welcomed. 

Let’s come together as a tribe in a safe, vulnerable container and feel, process, share, befriend, and honor our beautiful sacred rage. Shamanic coach and Master Plant Dieta guide Lindsay Calliandra Rose will lead a community of open-hearted people across the globe in a virtual Sacred Rage Ceremony. We will work with the element of Fire to support the illumination of our anger, and the related alchemical process. The opposite of rage is passion and excitement/passion, and to get to that expanded space, we must first go heart-first into the roots of our rage.

The Ritual will include opportunities to speak, emote, write, and meditate on the intelligence and power of our personal and collective fire. Lindsay will create a ritualistic container using trusted shamanic practices honoring these untamed emotions, creating safety for all who gather to vulnerably move through some of the stuck energies in our bodies and beings.
