When you embark on a Master Plant Dieta, you enter into an ancient shamanic tradition that is essentially a marriage between a human and plant spirit. A Master Plant Diet / Dieta is a marriage between a human and a plant spirit. It is profoundly intimate, with far-reaching potentialities for healing, insights, self-discovery, and the sacred connection to nature. This sacred process was created by the Amazonian tribes thousands of years ago so that humans could know more consciously the magic of plant wisdom. Whether you are brand new to this process or have many dietas under your belt, this is an extremely special invitation to merge with a powerful Master Plant and share the experience with a small group of fellow plant lovers.
Shamanic guide Lindsay Calliandra Rose will lead an intimate group of brave beings in this 1 month exploration of nourishing, heart-expanding, empowering, and exceedingly generous CACAO. This extraordinary plant spirit is wholly unique in nature’s kingdom. She’s a bon fide superfood packed with nutrients. Cacao helps to balance hormones, bring in vitality, detox harmful chemicals, and support healthy digestion. Cacao is a spiritual powerhouse too; her unique heart-opening properties make her a magical ally in rewiring relationships, bringing in more self love, and unraveling what our hearts need to be more connected, loving, and free.
This dieta is held in the old traditional way with sincere reverence and expertise. Even if you’ve dieted Cacao previously, this is a gorgeously powerful and balanced container that will undoubtedly invite you to know the magical medicine of Mama Cacao in a wholly new and impactful way.
Here’s how it will work: Beginning on or around Sunday, January 5th, 2025, Lindsay will schedule individual dieta openings with each participant, which happens through the power of song + intention. Then on 1/5/25, and the 4 Sundays after, Lindsay and the crew will meet on Zoom to share what’s happening via 90 minute meetings. We will provide a protocol document outlining for food instructions and specific wisdom on how to work with Cacao as well. In addition to only eating clean, organic, simple foods, we will all abstain from sexual activities, media, dark energies, and other distractions for the duration of the 3 weeks, and each Sunday we will meet on Zoom to connect, share stories, and learn more about the gifts Cacao has to offer through our vulnerable shares. Lindsay will hold the diets for all participants, checking in on the connection and listening for messages each morning and night. She will be also be available throughout the process for spontaneous support as needed, because we intend to go deep with this adventure! Diets will be closed individually on or around January 23rd.
